Your school may have other ways to log in using Clever, Google, or Microsoft/Azure. If you see a Clever button, your school uses Clever with Renaissance. Select the button to log in with Clever instead.
Accelerated Reader matches students with books and articles aligned to their unique interests and reading levels. Additionally, students, parents, and educators can use Accelerated Reader Bookfinder to help find the next great read.
After you log in as a student, you'll see the Home page. If you are already using the program, select the Home icon at the top of any page. Select Accelerated Reader. If you are enrolled in more than one Accelerated Reader class, select the name of the class for which you want to take a quiz; then, select Done.
There are five steps to getting started with Accelerated Reader: Get your classroom ready for reading practice. Introduce Accelerated Reader to students. Determine your students' reading levels. Personalize reading practice for each student.
If you are looking for a book or article to read right now on your computer or tablet, select one of the options under "Read Now". If your school has myON, you can select myON Books to see a list of books you can read now that matched your search.
With Accelerated Reader, a student reads a book, takes an online quiz, and gets immediate feedback. Students respond to regular feedback and are motivated to improve their reading skills.
