As a parent or student at home, you can see the student's progress on reading work. You may also be able to set up email updates for a variety of student work, including Star tests and Star Custom tests, Accelerated Reader quizzes, Accelerated Reader 360 article assignments, and math assignments.
After a student selects Accelerated Reader on the Home page, he or she can take Reading Practice, Vocabulary Practice, Literacy Skills, and Other Reading Quizzes. To see a video demonstration of how students take a quiz, click here. Students should take quizzes within 24 hours of finishing a book.

Once they’ve finished reading, they can then easily launch the associated Reading Practice Quiz. Because students can read anywhere and at any time with myON, we wanted to give districts the ability to let students quiz immediately.
