Removing Air Hose from Quick Connect

Install the quick connect air coupling using thread sealant and tighten. Allow suitable time for the thread sealant to dry, reconnect the two pressure switch wires (polarity isn't important) and the compressor 'Pump Up Kit' is ready to use. Revision Date: 01/2022 ARB Corporation Ltd.
14 Μαρ 2014 · One quick fix that worked for me is to put some oil onto the quick connect coupling, above and below the collar to try and get it to move better and snap forward. After applying the oil, I tried using a flat head screwdriver to gently push the collar forward, which did not work.
Below is an example of how to connect the compressor to the air chuck. Ensure that no part of the air hose or fittings are in contact with the interior panel behind, or that it touches the seat when closed.
