Fire Strike carries you through the first set of quests, then Ibans blast will handle everything until the newer end game quests. Bone Crossbow is a great option to AFK range for cheap, and MSB is great for early slayer.
Edit: thought of another one: Consider doing gold alongside either addy or mith at the blast furnace, assuming you have coal bag. For mith, deposit 26 coal every round, along with alternating inventories of mith and gold ore.
I mainly see these as quest-guides, but multiple quests at once, picking up items for quest A, while you pick up quest B and get a skill required for quest C.
