Worked there, not as an intern but I dealt with numerous ones. Culture is generally decent towards interns with exception of investments. Lots of networking opportunities, get to know as many in management and leadership as you can. They are generally super open to you asking questions, learning about the roles and career paths.
I think you’ll find internships out there that are much more valuable. For someone who hasn’t had a customer service, general public type job like working fast food, restaurant, or retail outlet, I’d say a year of experience as a Chase Associate Banker is particularly valuable.
Take the Wealth Management internship. I think it would be a huge boost to your career. It’s a much better career path than personal banking and can open a lot of doors. If you want ask the Chase branch you got the offer from if you could work part time during your school year.
