These are simply bot accounts that has been terminated due to well - botting. That's why they pop up straight gray and You can't view their profiles.
From what I understand, "hoss00312" is a real person, all other variations are bots. Real hoss has said that they won't follow anyone until the botting situation is done.
Definitely bots. Twitch won't ban you or anything since it's a super common problem. You can do the CommanderRoot thing above or just report a few and let Twitch know. They remove in batches so it may take a while, but they'll all be removed at once.
Following-Follower ratio. If an influencer follows thousands of accounts but only has a small amount of followers in return, the ratio could be cause for concern. Quite often, bots operate on a follow-for-follow basis, following as many users as possible to drive up their own counts.
