There is NO WAY to contact a real live human at Arise. It is set up so you are not able to "bother them". Also, the necessary equipment needed to service some of their clients is absurd. For a business founded on supplying "customer service" they have the worst.
17 Οκτ 2024 · Is Arise A Scam? Arise isn't a downright scam, and the company does pay customer service agents. However, it's quite misleading, and there are significant startup costs and strict requirements. Plus, there's a lot of unpaid training time which is also a downside.
Arise work-from-home Agents spend their days (and/or nights) answering phones, dealing with customer service issues, and on occasion, responding to clients via email and chat. Is It A Scam? There are certainly some who claim that Arise is a scam.
