That's not true at all. You get paid by having your callbar in "available status" or other approved statuses. I've been with Arise for 2 years.

Arise itself is not a scam but alot of people will pretend to be apart of this company or be a IBO (independent business owner) in Arise but they are not. Based on what you have said you are dealing with a scammer. NO Remote job will interview over google hang out. I have worked remotely for years.
