You can see how long a baby phase will take on your server here. During the baby phase you must hand feed it by placing food directly into its inventory. If it runs out of food, it will start to starve, once its food hits 0 the HP will drain and it will eventually die.
15 Οκτ 2015 · I've seen a lot of people posting complaints about babies. I've decided to explain the process in hopes it helps people out from first hand experience. I live in the snow biome and by burning 13 fires inside a base it allowed the right incubation temp for every type of breeding dino so far.
I don't understand why you would want your baby to eat bugs, but I would recommend that you crush the bugs into a fine paste so that its easier to feed the baby. Also, you could try mixing it with sugar since everyone loves sugar.
Breeding is a feature of ARK: Survival Evolved that allows players to breed improved creatures through Eggs with non-mammals and gestation with mammals. Eggs do not have an owner, so it's possible to steal eggs laid by other survivors' creatures.
