These records are available to the public and copies may be obtained from the state police. A statutory fee of $10 must be collected for each copy of any single report. If you have questions related to obtaining a crash report, please call 501-618-8128. Crash Records Request Form (click here).

If you prefer, your crash report can be returned to you by e-mail OR fax by completing ONE of the following (please note - If you have a HOTMAIL email account, their server will NOT accept our reports):
22 Ιαν 2024 · You can request your report online. The Arkansas State Police maintains an online database of all crash reports. It can be found at crashreports.ark.org. Or you can visit the State Police Department or the local police department where your accident occurred and pick up a copy of your report in person.
