You need a new account for pking, if you leveled defence, or attack you're going to get owned by pures and zerkers, you can try to player kill but you need at least 80 strength or 82 magic to do it effectively.

Unless your going for a bond then I don’t see any reason on why you would need money at this point. If your just buying some cheap gear or runes/arrows then I would just kill cows and tan there leather, giving money and combat xp.
