In 2019, Apple released an updated version of their TV app for iOS, macOS, and Apple TV featuring an all new design where artwork for TV shows and movies was displayed as 16:9 rather than the 1:1 squares they had been using in iTunes.
As long as it has 100000x100000-999.jpg or png at the end, it will grab the highest quality artwork in the server, which Ben's tool already does. Also, just a tip, this works on anything for Apple when it uses mzstatic, you can get lots of cool high quality images, even from the iTunes store directly (if using a https sniffer).
I have seen itunes to have mostly 1200x1200 or around that. I use the album art feature in MusicBee that searches over multiple sources and mostly iTunes is the best source.
