The major difference between Chinese vs. Japanese eyes lie in their shape. Where Japanese have round or oval eyes, Chinese feature angular eyes. Another notable difference can be seen in the slant of these two sets of eyes. Chinese eyes slant downwards while Japanese eyes slant upwards.
Japanese eyes are usually slanted upwards, unlike the Chinese, whose eyes tend to be slanted downwards. Koreans, on the other hand, have smaller eyes. In terms of height, Koreans come out on top with an average of 1.71 meters, followed by the Japanese at 1.69, and the Chinese at 1.68.
