If the seller has not yet shipped the order, you can start a cancellation request, asking the seller to cancel your order. Here's how: Go to your Purchase history - opens in new window or tab. and find the order you want to cancel. Select the More actions dropdown menu and select Cancel this order. Select Submit.
3 Σεπ 2020 · If you need to cancel an eBay order, it's best to do it within an hour of placing the order. The seller must approve all cancellations. You can still try to request a cancellation after the first hour has passed, eBay just makes it a little easier during the first hour.
