Couldn’t get any changed response for a few calls still being told that they were looking into it. As of 9:45 pm tonight they took the over drawn amount from my savings account. This bank is an absolute scam! Date of experience: January 09, 2024

I was checking my account and noticed a company called Aspiration charged me 93.00 leaving me in the red by 66+ dollars. I found the app on the phone and never even finished setting up my profile, and surely didn't authorize a charge of 93 bucks.
I JUST opened an account with them this year and I'm already trying to close it. I honestly had high ASPIRATIONS for them but was quickly let down. Please be sure to read into some of these reviews. Like them, I've had a HELLISH time trying to contact customer service.
