  3. I figured out a solution after messing around with the display settings. For anyone else having this problem all you need to do is go to your search bar, type in “Change Resolution of the display”, go to display resolution and set it to 1280 x 720. Boom full screen mode!

  4. It worked for me (windows 10) and non-steam copy of game. I installed dxwnd (google it) which is a program that lets you run direct x games in window mode (and has a lot of custom settings you can use for size, etc, if you want).
