The site looks legit. I Googled the name of the site, and found a few complaints on BBB, but they all said the same thing, that they had given their contact info for an initial consultation and then been bombarded with sales calls. Overaggressive selling is annoying, but it's not a SCAM.
To keep this short, I was reading reviews on Indeed and some agents were saying that over the past year they've been getting transferred leads who were baited with a free gift card offer if they get a quote, leads who aren't interested at all, some even baited with a fake stimulus check offer, etc.
I don’t know if they just plan on eating a fine from CMS or decided it’s the agents that will take the fall (and if a complaint comes in YOU will take the fall) for selling people under false pretenses.
