To keep this short, I was reading reviews on Indeed and some agents were saying that over the past year they've been getting transferred leads who were baited with a free gift card offer if they get a quote, leads who aren't interested at all, some even baited with a fake stimulus check offer, etc.
Please believe me when I tell you that Assurance IQ is a cult. It is a wretched company full of the worst people. And I say this not just as a former agent but as someone with a soul and conscience. If you question anything, you will be silenced.

They may be the parent company for the STM that (I suspect) you have enrolled in. This still doesn't mean it's a SCAM, but it is a big indicator that you may be enrolled into coverage that is different that you thought is would be. Now, you said that you have the name of the agent that enrolled you.
