9 Φεβ 2024 · (*UPDATE: Feb 9, 2024) The Microsoft Windows version of the ATF eForm 4473 application has been updated and is now ready for download/use. A detailed breakdown of all form changes is provided below. The Revised Form will become mandatory for use on February 1, 2024 .
If more than three firearms are involved in a transaction, please provide the information required by Section A, Questions 1-5, on ATF Form 5300.9A, Firearms Transaction Record Continuation Sheet. The completed Form 5300.9A must be attached to this ATF Form 4473.

An ATF Form 4473 is also known as the Firearms Transaction Record form. Licensed firearm dealers must complete this form when they may a lawful sale.
