8 Μαρ 2022 · I thought I'd try to update the firmware, but when I try to update with Mamba wireless firmware it doesn't detect the dongle and won't move forward. Does anyone have any ideas? Did you try downloading and install the Razer Mamba's pairing utility firmware here ?

After some googling, found that it was a common issue so updated firmware from 1.02 to 1.03 then it was not able to be detected by windows. After plugging it into USB it will light up for a few seconds then disconnect itself.
9 Νοε 2022 · doing that process above windows detects the mouse correctly, installs the drivers, updates the device in device manager. I go into Synapse and the mouse is still not detected urgh! Just wanted to let you all know I found a solution to the problem!
