Church members can submit names to prayer rolls by visiting the information page of any temple. On the page, simply click on the prayer roll link. You may then enter the names of up to five individuals per request.
At LDS.org > Families and Individuals > Temples you will find all of the temples and their phone numbers. If you call, some temples will give you an email address to add names to the prayer roll. Most temples will accept names by phone.
25 Αυγ 2020 · Beginning today, church members may also enter a name on a temple’s prayer roll by using the “temples” section of the Member Tools app on an Android phone. The same service will be available on iOS phones beginning Sept. 1.
25 Αυγ 2020 · Requests to place a name on the temple prayer rolls can now be made by visiting any temple’s information page and clicking the prayer roll link. Requests can also be made through the “Temples” section of the Member Tools mobile app (beginning August 25, 2020 for Android and September 1, 2020 for iOS).
26 Αυγ 2020 · Using the Member Tools mobile app, tap more (in the bottom right corner), then choose Temples, and you will see a link to submit names. A new Church system lets you send the names of individuals in need directly to the temple, where those names can be included on the temple's prayer roll.
