Tina Wainscott (born Tina Ritter) is an American author of suspense novels and category romance novels.
IN TOO DEEP. This story was inspired by an Unsolved Mysteries episode I watched years ago. Three women were out on their boat one evening. As they were heading to the marina, a speedboat rammed them, actually sailing over their boat. It was a miracle that no one was killed, but one woman was severely cut by the propeller.
