22 Φεβ 2017 · The hatch lines don’t follow the exact contour. It seems very similar to a known display render “problem” in AutoCad, where one must regenerate the view for a correct preview when zooming in and out.
6 Αυγ 2017 · Is there any way to circumvent this by changing the swatch border to match the shape of the pattern completely or can the swatch pattern be tilted later on after application in order to remove the empty space.
2 Νοε 2018 · To Hatch a closed polyline (yes, it is closed, I checked), I type "HATCH", then select the closed polyline, make sure the hatch pattern is what I want (grey, solid, opaque - 0 transparency), then press enter. This worked as it should, then suddenly it stopped working.
22 Ιουν 2021 · I've hatched areas in AutoCad (solid, independent layers) and when I export PDF to Illustrator, it doesn't detect my solid hatches. It chooses random shapes which is tedious to change/ select. What do I do?
1 Μαΐ 2019 · Hi @Anonymous The layer assigned to hatching is turned off. You can either turn it on or set the hatching to use current layer. You can change it in the properties panel on the ribbon or by entering T and enter after starting the hatch command.
