This is my Metro neomatik 41 Update purchased last February 2022. As you can see in the video, I'm not doing anything. It's very inconsistent when this happens. 8 Μαρ 2018 · If you wind the watch by hand a lot, I would not delay in getting it fixed - you are only going to cause more problems by hand winding it. Note that this fault doesn't affect the ability of the watch to wind via the rotor.
5 Απρ 2013 · If by "it would die" you mean the balance wheel stops ticking then the watch needs a service. A new watch should not do that so get it replaced by the dealer or serviced by the factory undfer warranty. The selling dealer should take care of all that.
