To find out if you’re able to cancel an order before despatch, select ‘Order status’ under My Orders in My account. Search by item number or order number and if you’re able to cancel a specific order, the message ‘Cancel order’ will appear on the top right of the screen.

27 Απρ 2020 · You can call your bank or credit card company to find out how long they hold it. If all the items were cancelled, you may have to reorder the ones you want. I've never had a whole order cancelled when cancelling just one item in it.

Depending on the progression of your order you may be able to change the payment method you’ve selected or cancel your order completely so that the order is not despatched. You can check through My account. You can also contact us directly for further assistance.
