In this quick guide we’ll show you how to register, log in, find your way around and do things like upload paperwork and make a claim. 1. Download and complete relevant claim form(s) 2. Prepare all supporting document(s) 3. Submit completed claim form(s) with all supporting document(s) within 90 days of the consultation/ treatment date. 4. Once all required documents are received, your claim will be processed within 7 working days. 5.
Submit your claim. Prepare all the documents required by your insurance and fill in the form. After creating the claim you will receive an e-mail confirmation and we will review all the information provided. If everything is correct, you will receive the resolution of the claim.
