In AW, Shadowland is the team that fully counters Axmen. They can control the battle by placing Abi Block on Beast and quickly removing Jubilee with Elektra’s ultimate. Bionic Avengers is a natural counter for Axmen.

Check out a different info graphic for axmen. This one doesn’t seem too accurate. Basic t4s are solid for axmen. Bishop position doesn’t matter. Mines in the far left edge and they go through doom nodes without any struggle. I think Philosopher has a better infographic. Including essential t4s/iso8

Soft counter means your team should be able to punch down 15% power... Meaning if your team is 200k, they will only be able to beat a 170k team. This is all assuming that you attack the right characters and play your team well.
