TO FILL-IN AND PRINT AYSO OFFICIAL LINEUP CARDS PROCEED AS FOLLOWS. Download the pre-printed Official Lineup Card front side from AYSOHELP. http://www.ayso.org/Libraries/Resources/ayso_lineup_card.pdf. The font side of the Official Lineup Card will display. The back side is already printed.
How to properly fill out lineup cards (For Referees and Coaches) Correctly filling out game cards is important! It helps ensure that out players are getting proper playing time and avoids errors with game results. Coaches Cards should be printed from InLeague on PROPER cardstock provided by Region 76.
Line-Up Cards. Coaches can download and print the team line-up cards. You don’t need a template cardstock anymore. It can be printed on regular paper or regular cardstock paper. Please note that the Line Cards will only be available for teams that are posted.
AYSO Lineup Card Instructions. This is a “Form” PDF. It allows you to fill in the contents on any one of the lineup cards, and it will prepopulate across the other three line-up cards. Suggest that you input just the information that is constant every week. List players by jersey number.
Cards need to be printed on card stock paper not regular paper. DOWNLOAD CARDS. • Click Lineup Cards then click download to fill in information. FILLING OUT CARDS. • Fill in region, age group, and team number. • Fill in your team’s name. • Fill in coach’s name and assistant coach’s name.
