AYSO has issued official AYSO Line-up cards that can be printed 4 at a time from your computer. These cards are blank on the front (That is where the line-up info will be printed) and pre-printed with the game report on the back. Here is the process: - Download the Instructions. - Download the Template.
Line-Up Cards. Coaches can download and print the team line-up cards. You don’t need a template cardstock anymore. It can be printed on regular paper or regular cardstock paper. Please note that the Line Cards will only be available for teams that are posted.
Download a copy of the lineup card. (Click the link or right click and select "Save Link As") COACH. Before the game: Fill in region, age group, team number and game date. Fill in your team name and opponent name. Fill in your entire roster, ordered by jersey number.
