21 Σεπ 2022 · By 11 and 12 months old, your baby is probably eating three meals and one or two snacks every day. They'll continue to nurse and/or take bottles, too. As your baby gets older, they'll drink fewer bottles or have fewer nursing sessions, but eat more solid food.
From 6–8 months old, feed your baby half a cup of soft food two to three times a day. Your baby can eat anything except honey, which they shouldn't eat until they reach 12 months old. You can start to add a healthy snack, like mashed fruit, between meals.

Feeding at 10 to 12 months. Your baby should now be used to having 3 meals a day – breakfast, lunch and tea – in addition to their milk feeds. Lunch and tea can include a main course and a pudding (such as fruit or unsweetened yoghurt). Try to eat together as much as possible, babies learn from watching you eat.
Try mashed vegetables mixed with minced or finely chopped tender cooked meat, chicken, kai moana, egg or slightly mashed cooked legumes (such as lentils). You could also add chopped up noodles or pasta or whole rice. Add chopped soft fruit to yoghurt or custard. Offer breakfast cereal - porridge, wheat biscuits and infant muesli.
