We currently accept only guide dogs, or seeing-eye dogs, for travel in the cabin accompanying passengers with visual impairments, with some itinerary-related limitations. This service is free of charge and requires 72-hour notice before your flight departure.
Customers travelling with a service dog from any eligible station to Dubai are required to submit the following documents at least four working days before departure to get this validated by the UAE Ministry of Climate Change & Environment (MOCCAE).
Pets are transported with the highest care, including a documented transit care timeline. Specially designed vehicles transfer pets between our temperature-controlled facility in Dubai and the aircraft, with expert staff ensuring safe boarding.

For example, if you're pet is travelling between Montreal and Dubai, a common route would include two flights - one from Dubai to Amsterdam, then another from Amsterdam to Montreal (or vice versa, of course), with a rest period in between those two flights.
