There are three stages of fetal development: germinal, embryonic and fetal. Most people don’t talk about their pregnancy in these terms, but it can be helpful to know. The germinal stage is the shortest stage of fetal development. It begins at conception when a sperm and egg join in your fallopian tube.
3 Σεπ 2024 · At 32 weeks pregnant, you're likely feeling tapping and squirming instead of your baby's signature rocking and rolling. That's because, while comfy, your baby is a bit tight for exercise space right now — she’s actually back to a curled-up position (you try standing up in those cramped quarters!).
During these weeks, you will conceive, find out you’re pregnant, be given your due date, and may even start to experience some early pregnancy symptoms. It’s a busy time! Second-trimester weeks. Your second trimester is the middle of your pregnancy and covers weeks 14 to 27.
3 Σεπ 2024 · At 12 weeks pregnant, your baby is the size of a lime. Your baby's systems are fully developed, and you'll likely hear the heartbeat during a prenatal checkup. At the end of first trimester, you may also experience dizzy spells.
