One month later no carrier has arrived, no tracking number and no response from their customer services. At best it’s terribly run, worse it’s a complete fraud. Date of experience: March 23, 2024. Wish I read these reviews before ordering.
Do not use this company! Scam. Do not use this company, I ordered a baby carrier in good faith. They took my money and didn't send me what I had purchased. I waited 3 weeks and they fobbed me off with excuses. I managed to get a refund through PayPal by opening a case which went in my favour. Clearly a scam company. I would never use again.
