In 1964, The New Saint Joseph Edition was printed for various ages, and featured all new illustrations to visually assist young readers.
The Baltimore Catechism, which had been taught and revered by Catholics in the U.S. for many years, has been replaced in the modern Conciliar Church with humanistic, ecumenical teaching. 11 Οκτ 2006 · The Baltimore Catechism is much maligned in some quarters as “rote,” but I happen to think it's a wonderful overview of the Faith. Its simple, straightforward way was perfect for us little ones, and I drew great comfort from the answers to the big questions.
