If you do not see a form listed below, you must come to the Registrar’s Office for a copy of that form and return it in person to the Registrar’s Office once it is completed.

We look forward to helping you navigate your way through your degree or certificate program from start to finish. Our office provides services around registering for classes, grading, graduating, applying for New York State teaching and leadership certifications, and more.
If you need to leave a class or fieldwork after the Add/Drop period ends, you can submit a Course Withdrawal Form to the Registrar’s Office until the Withdrawal Deadline. Please visit the Academic Calendar for dates specific to each term. Opting to take a withdrawal is a way to leave a class without having your absence negatively affect your GPA.

At the top of the application portal, you’ll see “Status Update” with a link to view any relevant updates. In addition to your acceptance letter, you will see a link to a form entitled “Reply to our Offer of Admission” toward the bottom of the status update page.
