17 Νοε 2015 · BaoFeng Tech has a news release on their site about the PoFung deal, but I could not make heads or tails about it. sucks to hear about all the firmware issues and not knowing if your getting an old version versus a new version.
From what I could tell, the GT-3 performs (sensitivity, audio, image rejection, receive distance, noise filtering) nearly the same as the UV-82 (including the UV-82L and so-called UV-89, all of which I own), which is to say, terrific for an HT.
31 Μαρ 2016 · I just got a Baofeng GT-3TP mark iii today. I am having some problems programming in repeaters for my area on 70cm. The input of the radio will only allow me to enter up to 440.995, and not any higher.
15 Οκτ 2013 · #1. Baofeng-GT-3, I just got it this week. As far as i concerned, this is a new product. i just take some pictures, some of the photos are from www.sainsonic.com, where i bought it. Features. Dual-band handheld transcevier with display function menu on the display "LCD". DTMF encoded.
An official Baofeng comparison PDF shows the "GT-3 MK II" as a "cosmetic alias" for the "BF-F8+". Attempting to summarize/consolidate these comments: UV-5R = cheapest, most common, least good. GT-5 = UV-82 = GT-3WP. GT-3 MK II = BF-F8+. GT-3 better Tx, UV-82 better Rx.

7 Ιαν 2015 · FINAL THOUGHTS: Costing around $45 the Baofeng GT-3 Mark II Handheld Ham radio is a bargain. The radio has many more features to it not mentioned including its dual-band capability and dual output (4 watts/1 watt).
