I got a Baofeng UV-17r through Amazon. It was listed from Abbree. It is the non-GPS variant with the light blue screen with the white bars at the top and bottom, and darker blue buttons in the screen. I had to go to Miklor's downloads and get the Baofeng UV-18H nonGPS (P15UV v1.04) software.
