I had to go to Miklor's downloads and get the Baofeng UV-18H nonGPS (P15UV v1.04) software. I found it on my phone and transferred it to my PC with Google Drive, which said it was a virus. A fresh scan from Virus Total showed no virsues so I installed it anyway.
