The D&D demon lord Baphomet is based on the entity Baphomet, whom the Knights Templar were later accused of worshiping and later adopted in Western occultism. His appearance is similarly based on the goat-like figure depicted by occultist Eliphas Lévi .

It appears pretty focused on 5e lore. I'd give someone who has a really result on, say, religion, advantage for a couple of checks to navigate a maze that inhabits minotaurs or big Baphy themselves, but that's up to DM's themselves. Now, the statblocks. Baphomet first. His strength stat in your block is 20(+10), typo. But that's fine.
