You can draw your own conclusions in the end. In June of 2020 I placed a first time order with Bartlein Barrels.

I know Bartlein lead times are CRAZY currently but we are happy we ordered these way back in the past, and finally have them available in limited quantities.

8 Μαΐ 2020 · Yesterday I called Grizzly to order a 6.5 Bartlein barrel (#3 contour, 26") and the lady said there was an oversize fee + shipping. That was $36 to ship from Penn-Va. I then called Bartlein and they said shipping was $17. I have ordered numerous barrels from Bugholes and shipping is around $20.
18 Οκτ 2013 · Would like all y'alls input on which one you would choose and why, based specifically on barrel quality, accuracy and throat/rifling longevity and not on waiting period or customer service, as both barrels are in stock and ready to ship
Button rifled barrels like criterion, lilja, white oak, ballistic advantage, and others are good but not nearly as good as ones that are cut rifled. Bartlein, kreiger, rock creek, and proof research are all cut rifled. Craddock Precision sells ready-made Bartlein barrels for the AR-10 platform.
