10 Μαρ 2020 · If you need a custom contour, Krieger will get it done in roughly half the time Bartlein will. Krieger does make 5r barrels, but there is a fee associated with it. They also make 20 cal barrels for normal price, whereas Bartlein charges a fee 20 cal.

Selection is the key to success with buttoned barrels and barrel makers like Hart, Douglas and Shillen grade their barrels by using an air gauge to judge the uniformity of bore and groove dimensions in each barrel.

I did notice the cylinder section at the breech of the Palma Contours varied some for the Krieger barrels (Krieger’s was 1/2″ shorter than what is shown here). 19 Φεβ 2021 · Simply put, no barrel is going to shoot junk ammo into tiny little groups. Rack grade chrome lined barrels will flirt with 1 moa and sometimes shoot tighter than that with match grade bullets. Premium barrels will almost always shoot under 1 moa with match grade bullets.
27 Ιουν 2017 · Is there any difference between Bartlein and Krieger? What I've read so far they both make excellent barrels but I want to make sure before I spend the money. Would I be giving up a lot going with a 26" barrel vs 30" ?
