The 2021 preliminary black sea bass coast wide commercial quota is 6,090,000 pounds, a 9% increase from the 2020 commercial fishing year. This results in a New Jersey commercial quota of 1,218,000 pounds, 20 percent of the coast wide commercial allocation.
