• Empty the fuel tank before storing or transporting the unit. Use up any fuel left in the carburetor by starting the engine and letting the engine run until it stops. - Store unit and fuel in an area where fuel vapors cannot reach sparks or open flames from water heaters, elec-tric motors or switches, furnaces, etc.
• Always mix and add fuel in a clean, well-ventilated outdoor area where there are no sparks or flames. DO NOT smoke. • Never operate the unit without the fuel cap securely in place. • Avoid creating a source of ignition for spilled fuel. Wipe up any spilled fuel from the unit immediately, before starting the unit.
