On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Control Center in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Go to Battery, then turn on Show Percentage. See how much time it will take to charge the battery. Connect your Mac to a power supply, then click in the menu bar.
Get system information about your Mac. To see basic information about your Mac, choose Apple menu > About This Mac. You can also find this information in General settings, where you can see more details including warranty and repair coverage and generate a detailed system report.
