To use NaviNet, go to NaviNet. Type your username and password, and then click Sign In. The NaviNet home screen appears. NaviNet Home is a central point of access to health plans and other healthcare services. It displays up-to-date announcements and news from NaviNet and your health plans.

By logging on to the Blue Cross Complete payer-provider portal Navinet, you have the opportunity to: Receive news alerts in real time; View Blue Cross Complete member information; Submit authorization requests; View gaps in care reports ; Check the status of claims
To sign into NaviNet, follow these steps: Go to NaviNet, type your username and temporary password, and then click Sign In. Type your temporary password, type a new password in the New Password and Confirm Password boxes, and then click Change Password. Choose two security questions, type your responses, and then click Confirm.
Visit your NaviNet profile page to find your NaviNet security officer. If you forget your username, you can recover it from the NaviNet sign-in screen. If you forget your password, you can reset it from the NaviNet sign-in screen. NaviNet requires that you provide and verify your email address.
