Beaufort County Health Department is open Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Appointments. Clinical and WIC services are provided by appointments. Beaufort County Public Health Department provides routine immunizations for all age-groups by appointment. Our clinic follows the CDC and the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) guidelines on immunizations.
