16 Ιαν 2024 · Beefeater Gin 44% isn’t too different from its 47% ABV sister at first nose. Flavor: Mild lemon with pine facets builds into an aggressive, but not overpowering pine-forward juniper heart. Spice builds towards the end with swells of gentle coriander, chewy licorice root, and a bit of bitter orange.
14 Μαΐ 2023 · If you’re looking for an affordable gin with a classic flavor profile that works well in cocktails, Beefeater Gin is a great option. I enjoyed the pleasant blend of juniper, pine and citrus on the nose, and the addition of bitter licorice on the palate.
Beefeater 24 works quite well as a classic style gin in mixing. I think the green tea notes are less successful in drinks like the Ramos Gin Fizz or other creamy fizzes. I find that the longer, more astringent finish adds complexity in cocktails with bitter and herbal counterpoints.

This bouncy, astringent gin is infused with sencha tea, but doesn't really taste like it. Instead, the flavor profile is on the spicy side, showing plenty of cayenne, cumin and black pepper, finishing with zingy alcohol heat and a juniper punch.
