Instructions: Freestyle swim, breathing only on your right side. Instructions: Freestyle swim with increasing intensity for each repeat. Start easy and progressively get faster. Swim the first and the fifth repeat at the same speed. Instructions: Swim your choice of stroke, continuously for the given distance.
Workout Body - The body of the workout will include: drills, kicking, pulling, technique, and speed training. Swim-down - Swim at a slower rate to slowly decrease heart rate.
