Contrary to popular belief you don't get insta killed when setting foot in the wilderness. Wear absolute trash gear and most PKers won't bother you. Slayer's staff (e) has some niche uses pre-trident as well.
Wildy slayer provides some pretty busted benefits in the early game. You’d have to wipe several times per task for it to not be worth it. I rarely died back when I did it and the wilderness is much safer now than it was then.
This setup is aimed for players who wish to boost Slayer points through Wilderness Slayer. The webweaver bow is the best weapon to use for most tasks, but for some tasks toxic blowpipe is better due to its higher attack speed.
Last month I set myself a goal to complete 100 Wilderness Slayer tasks. I thoroughly enjoyed it, I gained a tonne of points, got a free Rune Pouch and Slayer Helm, and went from 60-73 slayer relatively grind free. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to boost their Slayer level.
A Slayer cape is the Cape of Accomplishment for players who have achieved level 99 in the Slayer skill. The cape can be purchased for 99,000 coins from Duradel (or Kuradal after completion of While Guthix Sleeps), in Shilo Village.
The Wilderness Slayer Cave is a cave located beneath the Wilderness. It ranges from level 17 Wilderness to level 32 Wilderness, where the deepest parts of the cave contain black dragons at level 30 Wilderness, and abyssal demons at level 30–32 Wilderness. It contains a small variety of monsters that are commonly assigned by Krystilia.
