12 Ιουν 2023 · I have a Bergara B14r with the carbon fiber barrel bought new. The gun when I first got it had problems firing, extracting and ejecting. Contacted Bergara and they promptly sent me parts that cured the problems. I also replaced the trigger with a diamond grade trigger and set it at 4 oz.
14 Μαρ 2012 · Looking at buying either the Bergara Premier MgLite, or the Savage 110 Ultraligh / Proof Research barrel (then change the stock). I like both. Anyone have experience with comparing these two different barrels?
26 Μαΐ 2020 · Bergaras are great out of the factory, especially with the premier action & bolt. Their barrels typically shoot lights out, even with factory loads, and tighten up further with a worked up hand load. You just won't be buying a pre-fit barrel when replacement time comes, but any competent smith can re-barrel em.
18 Φεβ 2019 · Two issues, there are no remage/nut barrels available for them, and if they become available you will probably have to modify the barrel inlet in the stock. Reactions: SonicBurlap C
23 Μαρ 2019 · You are definitely on the right track in my opinion. By building on an origin you can have 1 optic, trigger, action and swap between barrels and stocks for different applications.
25 Φεβ 2012 · Since its release, @Travis Bertrand has been shooting the Bergara MG Lite and just finished his review. It's a great option if you are interested in NRL Hunter matches but don't want to build a rifle.
